Welcome to AISLIDE. By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
AISLIDE is an AI-powered online PPT (PowerPoint) generation platform. Users input a topic, upload a document, or provide a URL, and our AI automatically generates a professional presentation. This is a digital SaaS product delivered over the Internet. Payment confirmation grants immediate access to the Service.
AI Model: AISLIDE uses third-party AI model providers, including DeepSeek, to generate presentations. The performance and availability of the Service may be affected by these providers' operational status.
We offer credit pack plans to access the Service. Plan details and pricing are available at the Pricing page. Each credit pack grants a set number of AI generations, valid for 30 days from purchase. We reserve the right to modify plan features or introduce new plans at any time.
One-time purchase: Credit packs are purchased as one-time payments. You pay upfront for the generation credits, which are added to your account upon payment confirmation. There is no automatic recurring charge for credit packs.
Credit validity: Credits expire 30 days after purchase. Unused credits at expiration are not refunded.
Taxes: Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.). We will collect and remit any required taxes where applicable by law.
Payment processor: All payments are processed by Waffo, our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. Charges will appear on your statement as "Waffo". Card data is never stored on our servers. If you notice an unfamiliar charge, please contact us before requesting a chargeback from your bank.
Since credit packs are one-time purchases with no recurring billing, no cancellation is needed. Once purchased, credits remain available for use until they expire or are fully used. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing cancel@aippt.com. After cancellation: your account data will be retained for 90 days after account deletion, then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Due to the immediate delivery nature of our digital service, credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
To request a refund, email refunds@aippt.com with your account email, transaction ID, and reason. We will confirm within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are not provided for: used credits, credit packs requested after 30 days from first purchase, or accounts terminated for violation of these Terms.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at billing@aippt.com before requesting a chargeback from your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
Output ownership: Subject to these Terms, AI-generated content ("Output") created through your input belongs to you. You may use Output for any lawful purpose permitted under Section 10.
Input license: By submitting content to the Service ("Input"), you grant AISLIDE a limited, non-exclusive license solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your Input to train AI models without your explicit consent.
AI output accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Output before relying on it. Do not use AI content as a substitute for professional advice.
AI-specific prohibitions: In addition to the Acceptable Use section, you agree not to: (a) use the Service to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or develop any AI/ML model that directly or indirectly competes with AISLIDE or any of our products; (b) systematically scrape or collect model outputs beyond your authorized personal use; or (c) present AI-generated content as the work of human professionals (e.g., licensed doctors, lawyers, or financial advisors).

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor — Waffo — and is never stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
As-is: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or AI output accuracy.
AI content disclaimer: ⚠️ AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not use it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with a qualified professional before acting on AI-generated content.
Liability cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AISLIDE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, are suspected of fraud, or when required by law. If we terminate for reasons other than your breach, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused prepaid period. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@aippt.com.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact us at legal@aippt.com to seek an informal resolution.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
