Last updated: 2026-10-03

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all content generated, published, transmitted, or stored through the AISLIDE platform ("Service"). All users, developers, and merchants using the Service are required to comply with this Policy. This Policy is part of our Terms of Service.

This Policy covers the following content forms:

  • Text: AI-generated outlines, slide content, speaker notes, and other written material
  • Images: Any images or illustrations uploaded or generated through the Service
  • User Input (Prompts): Text descriptions, topics, or instructions submitted to generate content

2. Underlying AI Model Disclosure

AISLIDE uses third-party AI model providers to generate presentations, including DeepSeek. The AI model is responsible for text generation and presentation structuring. We do not develop or host these models ourselves. Their availability and performance may affect our Service.

For more details about the AI models we use, please see our Terms of Service.

3. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

AISLIDE explicitly prohibits the generation of the following six categories of content:

  • Pornographic / NSFW content
  • Violent / gore content
  • Hate speech
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Deepfake / impersonation of real persons
  • Content infringing copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights

3.1 Zero-Tolerance Offenses

3.2 General Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service:

  • To generate or spread false information or rumors
  • To impersonate real persons, brands, or organizations
  • To infringe intellectual property, portrait rights, or privacy rights of others
  • To pass off AI-generated content as human-created work
  • To bulk-generate spam or fraudulent content
  • To use jailbreak prompts or other techniques to bypass the Service's safety mechanisms
  • To generate deepfake audio, video, or images impersonating real individuals or intended to mislead viewers about authenticity

3. Content Moderation

AISLIDE employs a multi-layered content moderation system: automated filtering in real time, human review for flagged content, and periodic random audits.

3.1 Automated Moderation (Real-Time)

All requests and generated content are scanned in real time by our safety filters:

  • Input filtering: Keyword, semantic, and intent analysis of user prompts
  • Output filtering: Real-time safety assessment of generated content
  • Usage pattern analysis: Monitoring for anomalous API usage behavior

Safety model used: DeepSeek content filtering combined with our proprietary moderation layer.

3.2 Human Review

Content flagged by automated systems enters a human review queue. User reports are investigated by our Trust & Safety team. Moderators complete mandatory content safety training and sign confidentiality agreements.

3.3 Content Classification

Level Description Review Action
