Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The free plan requires no payment and is not eligible for refunds. The free plan provides limited generations per month.

2. Paid Credit Pack Refunds

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first charge, provided usage has not exceeded the plan's generation limit.
• No Refunds After 7 Days: Subscription fees after 7 days are non-refundable.
• Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions are eligible for prorated refunds within the first 30 days of first purchase.
• Duplicate Charges: Full refund for any billing errors resulting in duplicate charges.

3. Refund Request Process

1. Send an email to refunds@aippt.com with your registered email, transaction ID, and reason for the refund.
2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
3. Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Canceling Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings or by emailing cancel@aippt.com. After cancellation, you will continue to enjoy paid benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made.

5. Special Circumstances

In cases of verified service outages exceeding 72 hours caused by us, we will provide a pro-rated refund or account credit at our discretion. Statutory cancellation or refund rights (e.g., EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period) are preserved where applicable.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not provided for: used billing periods (except as stated above), annual plan refunds requested after 30 days from first purchase, or accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
